Winter came early with a week of daily snowfalls starting on 25th November 2010. This gallery starts with pictures of an ancient tree which couldn't withstand the weight of snow and its removal on 10th January 2011.

It is believed that this
tree was planted in 1832
when the house was built.

The weight of snow caused
one side to break off
